Full ADU Electrical Wrap on France Ave in Southwest Minneapolis

We just wrapped up a full electrical finish on an ADU over on France Ave in Southwest Minneapolis - and this one was a lot of fun to be a part of. From the garage all the way through the living space, bathroom, and kitchen, every circuit had a purpose and everything got done right.

The garage got a clean row of LED shop lights that actually light the whole space evenly - no dark corners, no dim spots. That kind of lighting makes a garage feel like a real usable space, not just a place to store stuff. Pair that with a properly wired opener and dedicated circuits, and it's ready to go day one.

Inside the unit, we handled the ceiling fan install in the main living area, wired the backlit vanity mirror and bath vanity light in the bathroom, and ran a recessed light right into the shower ceiling. Small spaces like this need lighting that works hard. Every fixture placement was thought through so the space feels open and finished - not cramped.

Then there's the kitchen. The under-cabinet lighting is tucked in tight and throws a clean, even wash across the quartz countertop. It's one of those details that just makes a kitchen feel complete. Combined with the outlets, switches, and panel work we handled throughout - the whole unit is wired and ready for a tenant to move in.
