“We were connected to Dynasty by Water Heaters Now when we converted our dead WH from gas to an electric heat pump WH. Stephan got a crew out super quickly. They gave us a solid quote AND helped me understand why other companies were charging an arm and leg for service. The secret is, these other companies that were once family-owned are being bought and consolidated. I hadn't really thought of it. Dynasty isn't one of those companies. They were also great to schedule and add our new 30A circuit to our panel the same day as the WH installation. Great, honest service through and through!”

“If you want fair estimates and quality work done, call Dynasty! Best electrician I’ve worked with by far! We were selling our home and needed some electrical done before listing. All of the big twin cities electrical companies were easily $3k-$4k more expensive. Dynasty came in and gave us an honest and fair estimate then had the new electrical panel installed less than a week later. Then when we had buyers for the house lined up, they wanted additional work done on a tight deadline before closing. Dynasty was willing to fit us into their schedule and came out on two different days (during the holiday season mind you) to make sure the work was completed before closing. All of their workers were professional and delightful to work with. Honestly, just skip the guesswork of who to hire or wondering if you’re getting a fair quote. Go with dynasty and know you are not being taken advantage of!”

“There is absolutely no one I could recommend higher than Thomas and Stephan with Dynasty! Here we are on the hottest expected weekend of the summer and our AC goes out. HVAC guys say “it’s electrical.” Have YOU ever tried finding an electrician in an emergency? It’s virtually impossible. But Thomas, on his way home, said “it’s going to be too hot this weekend,” and decided to work with us! He solved the problem within minutes and we are back on track with our AC. I have lived in Mpls and Edina for 34 years and have NEVER, EVER received this kind of service. My spouse and I just closed on a house with an improperly wired 100 amp fuse box and wanted to upgrade to a 200 amp circuit breaker system asap, and move a dishwasher outlet/upgrade to gfci. I called on Friday, got the best priced and best customer service estimate on the same day, then service completed on Tuesday and then electrical inspection on Thursday.
