When a home gets hit by fire or flood damage, the rebuild isn't just about drywall and paint. The electrical has to be done right - from scratch. That means new circuits, proper junction boxes, and every wire run exactly where it needs to be before anything gets covered up. That's where we come in.
We partnered with Arko Restoration on this one. They handle the fire, flood, and structural side of things. We handle the electrical. It's a good match. Once the framing and insulation were in place, we got to work roughing in everything - circuits, junction boxes, and recessed can lighting throughout the space.
The rough-in phase is honestly one of the most important parts of any build or rebuild. Nobody sees it once the drywall goes up, but get it wrong and you're cutting into finished walls later. We take the time to plan each run carefully, position every can light box where it needs to be, and make sure the circuits are laid out for how people actually use a space - not just what meets minimum code.
Restoration builds can be tricky because you're working around existing plumbing, HVAC, and framing that may have already been reworked. That's just part of the job. We coordinate with the other trades and make sure our rough-in doesn't create problems down the line for anyone.
If you're working through a fire or flood restoration - or you just need a reliable electrical contractor for a rebuild - give us a call. And if Arko Restoration is handling your damage repair, you already know who to reach out to for the electrical side.
